Mr. Fortune Ngombe, PrTechEng. MSAICE, B-Tech (Civil) - Managing Director

An ECSA registered Professional Engineering Technologist with more than 20 years’ experience, Mr. Fortune Ngombe is the Managing Member of Tango’s and leads the Roads and Civil Infrastructure Division. Mr. Ngombe has worked for leading Engineering firms, gaining extensive experience in Railway Siding Construction Projects, general Transportation Planning, and Traffic Engineering, as well as in Civil Infrastructure, including but not limited to roads, township infrastructure, pump station design, infrastructure design for industrial plants and commercial building developments.

Mr Moses Tembo, MSc. Eng., Dip. Water Eng. HND.Civil Eng. MICE, CEng. - Technical Director

Moses Tembo is a Chartered Civil Engineer and has over 20 years of broad-based international experience in Europe and Africa in the field of Water and Wastewater Engineering, and he is responsible for providing technical excellence on the delivery of projects. He has extensive experience in process, hydraulic, civil and structural engineering design of water and wastewater treatment plants; design of pumping stations, bulk water supply pipelines, water storage reservoirs, water distribution networks, sewerage systems, storm water drainage systems, water retaining structures including dams and weirs; water demand management; business development; contract administration and site supervision; master planning, strategic studies, operation and maintenance of water and wastewater facilities. He has good working technical knowledge across other disciplines of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.

Mrs. Nadia Stoycheva, PrEng., BSc., MSc. - Chief Engineer

Nadia has over 40 years of professional experience in Civil Engineering design, including investigation, design and construction of bulk water supply systems, water augmentation schemes, distribution systems, pump stations and underground engineering facilities, supervision of design and construction of water supply systems. Design and optimization of new and existing water mains and relevant appurtenant structures within various scheme programs. She possesses vast experience in water hammer analyses, compilation of tender documents and evaluation of tenders, detail tender design drawings, specifications and quantities, professional technical advisory, support and control of professional service providers. She is an ECSA Registered Professional Engineer since 1998 Registration no. 980513.

Mr. Wayne Wentworth PrTechEng. Pr. CPM - Resident Engineer

Mr. Wentworth has more than 25 years’ experience in the field of Civil Engineering. His expertise ranges from: planning detail design, site supervision, contract documentation, project management, financial management, project co-ordination, administration and execution of municipal infrastructure related projects. He has been involved in major water projects, with complex concrete structures such as treatment plants and dams.

Ms Puleng Pooe B.Juris (Law)., PMD – Human Resources Manager

Puleng is an experienced manager with specialist pedigree in Strategic Human Resources Management and Organizational Development. She has a combined 16 years in HR operations and Customer Services Management in the Financial Services and Manufacturing Industries. She has a strong background and collective experience in numerous aspects of HR Management from a top level strategic planning and operations backgrounds. Puleng is a certified trainer and facilitator for management development programmes through Development Dimensions International. Over the years Puleng has managed to build a traceable track record in developing and implementing appropriate HR strategies and policies that mainly focuses on Talent pipeline, acquisition and retention. She has hands on experience monitoring change management initiatives, organizational design, performance management, industrial relations, learning & development, succession planning, employee engagement and monitoring organizational development initiatives.
